Duties:
Client Engagement: Guide prospective buyers through the home buying process, from initial inquiries to closing, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Property Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our new home offerings, including features, pricing, and incentives, to effectively communicate value to clients.
Sales Strategy: Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, including hosting open houses and conducting property tours.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Market Insight: Stay updated on market trends and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Documentation: Manage sales documentation and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Skills & experience:
Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
Excellent relationship building skills to collaborate within departments.
Two plus years sales experience
