What will you be doing?
- Operating Mobile Processing Units to deliver explosives safely and efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Conducting routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Collaborating with the blasting team to coordinate operations
- Monitoring and recording operational data accurately
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating Mobile Processing Units
- Strong focus on safety and adherence to procedures
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and able to work in remote mining locations
Minimum 5 years experience working as an MPU Operator, with strong expertise in blasting or explosives handling
- Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) driver’s licence essential
- Dangerous Goods (DG) licence and current Security Clearance, or ability to obtain both
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
- RII qualifications (RIIBLA201A & RIIBLA203A) highly regarded
