About the Role:
- Deliver training and assessment across production mining equipment and operations
- Conduct VOCs, onboarding, and refresher training
- Support workforce capability and ensure compliance with site procedures
- Work closely with operations teams to promote safe and efficient practices
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
- Proven experience in production mining
- Certificate IV TAE 40104
- Strong understanding of site safety standards and mining procedures
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
