How you will contribute:
- Provide direct supervision of daily open cut operations with crew sizes up to 80 + operators.
- Interact with production personnel providing guidance on best practice and adherence to Boggabri Coal operational and safety standards.
- Create and extends a workplace culture conducive to achieving measurable improvements in standards of health, safety, environment, work and mining processes and costs.
- Attractive salary plus housing and statutory allowance
- 6 weeks annual leave

- Extensive site-based experience in mining operations with a track record of leading large production teams
- A strong communicator who is skilled at influencing & negotiation
- Can demonstrate values that are aligned to the business.
- A leader who can set goals and motivate others and is a good person to deal with
- Holds a current NSW OCE ticket.
- Keen to learn and grow, shows initiative, wants to succeed, open to innovation, follows procedures.
