Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Meet or exceed accessory sales targets.
  • Meet or exceed customer call cycle
  • Merchandise and maintain displays.
  • Update and provide customer's planogram accordingly
  • Proactively shares the monthly accessory sales tools with individual accounts.
  • Proactively implements in store incentives to drive behaviour when necessary.
  • Works with Retail Service manager around underachieving retail customers.
  • Provides weekly feedback on stock selection and replenishment.
  • Shares any communications regarding accessories, and ensures the processes are completed when necessary e.g. price changes /re-calls etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within each account.
  • Represents Pacificomm within a wide range of customers delivering a differentiated offer through VMI and the 4PL service.
Person Profile:
     ·       Self-motivated and self-aware with positive outlook and clear focus on high quality and business profit.
·       Shows attention to detail and competent writer of business letters and emails.
·       Is computer literate in Internet and email.
·       Can understand basic business finance.
·       Must be excellent face to face and telephone communicator.
·       Shows respect for others, maturity and is prepared to work extended hours if required.
·       Our people are our business, so the ability to relate to diverse people at a variety of levels is important.
    
Internal Contacts:
     ·       Must be able to communicate with all areas of the company.
·       Working with the sales channel and key customers
    
External Contacts:
     ·       All Designated Retail locations
    
Preferred Technical Capabilities and Qualifications:
     ·       Minimum 2 years' experience in the technology sector
·       Able to demonstrate through career experience a track record of success in the delivery of new product initiatives to either consumer or business markets
·       Demonstrate a clear understanding of product life cycle management through the entire supply chain
·       Has strong time management and planning skills
·       Has customer relationship skills
