Are you a seasoned Marine Superintendent ready to take the lead on a landmark marine infrastructure project?
  
We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Marine Superintendent to drive the safe and successful delivery of a technically complex marine works package based in Perth. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing project team on one of Western Australia’s most significant coastal infrastructure developments.
  
About the Project
  
Working from a NEW 1000t Jack Up Barge equipped with a 400t offshore pedestal crane, you will be leading critical offshore operations including:

  • Installation of 200t precast intake structures for a new seawater supply plant
  • Laying of a 2m diameter, 140m long HDPE outfall diffuser pipeline
  • Coordination of offshore piling, drilling, and grouting works
  • Oversight of complex temporary works and subsea diving operations
  • End-to-end control of marine logistics and offshore scheduling
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee marine construction works from mobilization through to completion
  • Supervise subcontractors and workforce to ensure timely, high-quality execution
  • Manage all marine permits, regulatory compliance, and safety obligations
  • Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Drive planning, documentation, budgeting, and reporting
  • Champion safety, quality, and innovation on site
  • Maintain clear communication and leadership across site teams
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in marine construction or offshore infrastructure delivery
  • Background in piling, heavy lifting, marine logistics, or underwater installations
  • At least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role within civil/marine environments
  • Trade qualifications in construction, marine or a related field
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
  • Deep understanding of HS&E standards and best practices
  • Ability to operate with confidence and authority on technically challenging scopes
