Management Accountant – 4 Month Contract
Central Dunedin | Immediate Start | On-Site
$45 – $50 per hour
Stellar Recruitment is seeking a technically strong Management Accountant for a 4-month contract based in Central Dunedin.
This is a hit-the-ground-running role. You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager and focus purely on delivering quality financial reporting and reconciliations. Systems training will be provided, but this is not a development role, we need someone who can make an immediate impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extracting Trial Balance & General Ledger
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
- Daily bank and payroll reconciliations
- P&L review and analysis
- Importing financial data into Trial Balance and analysing
- Working alongside external auditors
- CA / ACCA / ACMA qualified (or very close to completion) strongly preferred
- Proven experience at Management Accountant level
- Confident working autonomously in a short-term contract
- Strong attention to detail and technical capability
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills
