We are currently looking for multiple Machine Operator’s to join our team. We have multiple clients looking for Machine Operator’s to start in January 2026. This is a factory-based role so you must be comfortable working within a manufacturing environment. You will be operating a range of machinery so you must be mechanically-minded. Duties will include:
- Maintain continuous operation of a range of production machinery
- Setting up machinery ready for use
- Getting raw materials ready
- Ensure batch weight inputs are correct and match the job requirements
- Maintain optimum machine output in line with the production plan
- Conduct quality checks on the finished product
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Master Cleaning Schedule
Skills and Experience
- You will ideally have experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Must be mechanically-minded
- Able to work alone and in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Thorough with good attention to detail
- Able to regularly lift 20kgs
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Keen attitude to learn and get involved
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
