What the role is all about
In this busy planning position, you’ll be:
- Building and updating daily delivery schedules
- Communicating clearly with drivers and making sure they’ve got what they need
- Adjusting plans when the unexpected happens — because it always does
- Keeping a close eye on stock levels, customer needs, and future demand
- Reviewing data and reports to ensure accuracy and smart decision-making
- Working closely with sales, operations, and customer service to keep everything humming
