Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Loader Operators experienced in operating heavy mobile equipment such as Caterpillar and Komatsu gear. This role plays a critical part in supporting production and site operations within a structured and safety-focused environment. The successful candidates will work closely with Supervisors and Mine Operations Coordinators to maintain operational efficiency while adhering to rigorous safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate heavy mobile equipment, including Loader, Dozer, and Grader
- Collaborate with Supervisors and Mine Operations Coordinators to support production and site activities
- Ensure compliance with all site safety policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory
- Valid Class C manual driver’s licence
- Relevant qualifications and experience for operating mining loaders (CAT990, 994, Komatsu WA600, WA900, etc)
- Ability to successfully pass medical assessments and drug & alcohol screening
- Competitive remuneration package - approximately $136,000 plus superannuation
- Annual target incentive of $10,000

- Flexible FIFO (from many locations) or residential roster options including 8/6, 7/7, or 4/4/6 day rotations
