About the Role:
You will play a practical, hands-on role supporting the organisation to use and embed its learning and knowledge frameworks.
Strong systems and standards are already in place. Your focus will be on driving engagement, adoption and consistent use across the business, working closely with leaders and subject matter experts.
This is a delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys working directly with people and seeing tangible results from their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Support teams to create, publish and maintain quality learning content
- Apply and reinforce learning and documentation standards
- Coach and support teams in using templates and tools
- Deliver practical workshops and hands-on support
- Monitor usage and work with teams to improve uptake
- Build trusted relationships and promote good practice across the business
- Plus more!
- Qualifications in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, HR, Organisational Psychology, or related field, or
- At least three years’ experience in learning, capability development or knowledge management roles
