About the Role
We’re on the lookout for experienced Leading Hands or Foremen to join our client dynamic team in Takanini, Auckland. This role involves overseeing crews on commercial and residential builds, ensuring quality workmanship and site safety standards are consistently met while being on the tools. Some commercial projects include warehouses, offices, childcare, and more.

- Working closely with Project Managers and Site Managers
- Overseeing quality assurance on commercial/residential builds
- Problem-solving and providing hands-on support when required
- Proven experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman on commercial/residential construction projects on the tools
- NZ trade qualification in carpentry (Level 4)
- Previous experience in both commercial and residential builds
- Valid Site Safe certification
- Full NZ driver’s license
- Valid working rights in New Zealand
