- Hands-on carpentry work on-site
- Ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines
- Coordinating tasks and delegating responsibilities
- Maintaining safety standards and compliance with construction regulations
- Liaising with management and site supervisors to report progress
- Proven experience in carpentry and leading small teams in commercial industry
- Valid Site Safe certification
- Valid working rights in New Zealand
- Full NZ driver’s licence
