About the Role
Atkore are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Cable Tray Installer to manage and guide a small team on two key commercial projects in West and East Auckland. This role offers at least ongoing work for a year, with the potential to move onto future projects within the company.

- Interpret drawings and ensure accurate installation
- Install cable trays and support systems efficiently and safely
- Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers
- Maintain health and safety standards
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Proven experience with commercial cable tray installation
- Prior leadership or leading hand experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Clear communication, dealing with main contractors, and guiding international workers
- Site Safe and EWP (valid)
- Valid working rights in New Zealand
- Full NZ Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation
