About the Role:
We are seeking a Licensed Immigration Advisor & Team Leader to join our team. You will lead the immigration team, managing cases and providing expert advice to clients, consultants, and candidates. You’ll ensure compliance with New Zealand immigration regulations while promoting our immigration services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the Immigration team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage immigration cases from assessment to submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and report to leadership.
  • Provide training on immigration processes and regulatory updates.
  • Oversee responses for internal and external audits and ensure legislative compliance.
  • Promote our immigration services to clients, expanding business relationships.
About You:
  • Licensed Immigration Advisor with a New Zealand Graduate Diploma in Immigration Advice.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Licensed Immigration Advisor.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client engagement abilities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of New Zealand immigration laws and industry regulations.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
