We’re seeking a skilled HVAC Foreman to take charge of operations for a busy branch in Hawke’s Bay. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine technical expertise with team management to deliver high-quality outcomes across a range of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects run smoothly
- Coordinate scheduling, resources, and timelines to keep everything on track
- Lead and assist with HVAC installations, including ductwork, piping, and commissioning
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain quality standards
- Mentor and develop apprentices and junior team members
What we’re looking for:
- Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (Level 4) or qualified by experience
- EST Licence preferred but not essential
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices
- Proven leadership experience in a trade environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
