This role will see you preparing competitive and accurate tenders for a range of installation and service projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure scope, specs, and pricing align for success.

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects (install & service)
- Interpret drawings, specs, and client requirements
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to price materials and labour
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and internal teams for tender submissions
- Track project costs and assist with handover to delivery teams
- Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement
- Estimating experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or building services
- Knowledge of ducted systems, chilled water, VRF, and mechanical plant
- Strong understanding of Australian standards and codes
- Ability to interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
- Proficient with estimating software and Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
