From day one, you’ll be shaping projects, meeting clients, and seeing your designs come to life in commercial buildings — all while working alongside a supportive team who want to see you grow.
What your role looks like:
- Designing and developing HVAC systems that meet client requirements and building code standards
- Preparing mechanical drawings and specifications
- Meeting clients and stakeholders to discuss needs and create practical solutions
- Staying on top of new products and technologies through supplier training
- Collaborating with contractors, consultants, and partners to ensure seamless project delivery
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in HVAC (design or industry knowledge)
- A recognised trade or engineering qualification
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships easily
- Confidence meeting clients and presenting solutions
- Professionalism and a willingness to occasionally travel out of town
Bonus points if you have:
- Hands-on installation experience
- Revit knowledge
- Estimating or value engineering experience
- Background as a mechanical consultant
