A well-established organisation is seeking a Human Resources Graduate to join their team in a permanent role commencing in the new year.

Working closely with experienced HR professionals, you will gain hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle and develop strong foundations for a long-term career in HR.

What You’ll Be Learning and Supporting
- End-to-end internal recruitment coordination and onboarding
- Preparation of employment contracts, HR letters and documentation
- Maintaining HR systems, employee records and reporting
- Supporting employee lifecycle processes including offboarding
- Exposure to employee relations matters with senior guidance
- Compliance, awards and HR best-practice processes
- Assisting with HR projects and people initiatives
About You
- Recently completed or soon-to-be completed degree in Human Resources / Business or a related discipline
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with people
- High attention to detail and a professional, confidential approach
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Genuine interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources
- Previous administration, customer service or coordination experience is beneficial but not essential
