Role Responsibilities
- Promote a proactive health, safety, and wellbeing culture.
- Lead risk assessments and critical hazard reviews.
- Support and guide staff on H&S systems and responsibilities.
- Draft and maintain safety procedures and contractor agreements.
- Coordinate training, toolbox talks, and learning initiatives.
- Investigate incidents and ensure learnings are shared.
- Keep us compliant with legislation and industry standards.
- Work closely with internal leaders and external partners.
- Be the go-to for all things safety system related
About you
- You’ve got solid H&S experience — ideally in transport, fuel, logistics, or another industrial setting.
- You know how to conduct risk assessments and write procedures.
- You’re confident using safety management systems
- You’re calm, clear, and effective when communicating at all levels.
- You hold a recognised qualification in health and safety (Level 4, 6, or higher)
- You're proactive, people-focused, and passionate about creating safer workplaces.
