About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to support the research, selection, and implementation of a new HRIS system for a mid-sized engineering organisation. This is a hands-on contract role where you will collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to ensure a smooth and effective transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the review and assessment of HRIS vendors and solutions
  • Coordinate system demonstrations, evaluations, and recommendations
  • Support the design, testing, and rollout of the chosen HRIS
  • Develop documentation, processes, and user guides
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to ensure system alignment with business needs
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams
About You
  • Proven experience with HRIS selection, implementation, or optimisation
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to translate HR operational needs into system requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style
  • Availability for a 3–6 month contract, with immediate commencement preferred
