About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to support the research, selection, and implementation of a new HRIS system for a mid-sized engineering organisation. This is a hands-on contract role where you will collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to ensure a smooth and effective transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the review and assessment of HRIS vendors and solutions
- Coordinate system demonstrations, evaluations, and recommendations
- Support the design, testing, and rollout of the chosen HRIS
- Develop documentation, processes, and user guides
- Partner with HR stakeholders to ensure system alignment with business needs
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams
- Proven experience with HRIS selection, implementation, or optimisation
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate HR operational needs into system requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style
- Availability for a 3–6 month contract, with immediate commencement preferred
