Role Responsibilities:

This role requires a mature and professional approach with excellent communication skills. Your main duties will include:
  • At least 3 – 5 years’ experience as a heavy vehicle Auto Electrician
  • Able to conduct electrical inspections and testing to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions.
  • Have strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Be proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve electrical issues.
  • Can install and upgrade electrical components, including lighting, GPS, communication, and entertainment systems etc
  • Demonstrating and maintaining clean workshop practices in your day-to-day role and ensuring that these practices meet the high standards held by the Workshops team
   The Successful Applicant Will:
  • Possess relevant trade qualifications
  • Have adequate verbal and written communication skills
  • Have minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Heavy Vehicles / Trailers
  • Ensure adherence and understanding to Health & Safety regulations and relevant company policies
  • Be proactive and motivated in finding better ways to continuously improve, while being adaptable in a dynamic and growing team
  • Be physically fit to carry out the necessities of the role
  • Hold a current full NZ Class 1
