We’re looking for heavy machine operators and labourers to support civil and earthworks projects throughout Otago and Queenstown Lakes. You’ll work with experienced supervisors, operate a range of plant, and contribute to high‑profile regional developments.
Available roles:
- Excavator Operators
- Bulldozer Operators
- Motor Scraper Operators
- Grader Operators
- Labourers (Class 2 or 4 + W, T, R)
- Great pay + consistent hours
- 30‑hour guaranteed contracts (NZ citizens/residents)

- Complete excavation, trenching & earthworks
- Assist with ground prep & labouring tasks
- Conduct pre-start inspections
- Report hazards, incidents & technical issues

- Class 2 or 4 licence (for labourers)
- W, T, R endorsements
- Strong communication & safety mindset
- Reliable, proactive and team‑focused
