Seeking experienced bulldozer & loader operators for earthworks season starting late September

About the role
We’re putting the feelers out for experienced Machine Operators to join the crew for the upcoming earthworks season, kicking off late September.
Based in Silverdale, you’ll operate bulldozers and/or wheel loaders across residential and commercial sites. Reporting to the site supervisor, you’ll play a key role in site prep and material movement.

Benefits
• $30–$37/hr based on experience
• Weekly pay + 8% holiday pay

Duties
• Operate bulldozer and/or wheel loader
• Clear land and move earth/material
• Maintain machinery and follow safety
• Assist with general site tasks
• Support environmental controls

Skills & experience
• WTR endorsement required
• Full Class 1 NZ Driver License
• Experience on either or both machines
• Safety-conscious and reliable
• Able to work independently
• Ability to operate additional machines highly desirable
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
