About the Role
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Heat Pump Technician to join a leading mechanical services company based in Napier. This permanent, full-time position offers a mix of residential and light commercial work – from new installs to diagnostics and ongoing maintenance of heat pump and HVAC systems.

- Install and commission heat pump and HVAC systems (residential & commercial)
- Perform scheduled servicing, fault finding and repairs
- Complete clear and accurate job reporting
- Work safely on-site, following health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with a skilled team or work independently when required
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in HVAC/heat pump installation and servicing
- HVAC trade qualification required
- EST License – Essential
- Approved Filler/Handler Certificate – Advantageous
- Valid Site Safe and EWP Qualifications
- Full NZ driver’s licence
- NZ work rights – we are not able to provide sponsorship for this role
