Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Health, Wellbeing, and Compliance Coordinator to join their dynamic and high-performing internal team. This 12-month contract offers the chance to advance your career within a leading mining organisation. While based in the Brisbane office, the role will also involve some site travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage return-to-work plans and coordinate CBM health reviews.
- Review pre-employment medicals and interpret medical reports.
- Provide risk-based advice to internal and external stakeholders, based on medical report interpretations.
- Handle the management of confidential medical records.
- Oversee group email inbox and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Formal qualifications in Allied Health (Paramedic or Registered Nurse).
- Experience in medical case management, a health-related setting, mining safety, or a similar field.
- Strong influencing skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Capacity to manage a demanding workload efficiently.
- Standard 11 (or willing to obtain).
- Coal Board Medical (or willing to obtain)
- knowledge around coal board medicals requirements is essential.
