About the role
We are excited to be working with an established and diverse organisation with operations spanning across property, construction, and renewable energy to recruit a Head of Finance position focused on providing strategic financial leadership and partner with directors and business unit leaders to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial strategy and reporting processes across the Group.
- Partnering with the Board and senior leadership to shape financial strategy and business planning.
- Leading and mentoring the finance team to foster collaboration and high performance.
- Managing treasury, cashflow, capital structure, and banking relationships.
- Delivering budgeting and forecasting across multiple business units.
- Working closely with business leaders to drive commercial insights, growth initiatives, and profitability.
We’re looking for a proven finance leader who can influence at Board level and add value across a complex, multi-entity business. You will bring:
- CA (or equivalent) with 10+ years’ senior finance leadership experience.
- Proven experience in property, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong background in capital management, treasury, and debt structuring.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to deliver strategic financial insights.
- Excellent people skills and ability to lead and elevate team members
