About the role
We’re seeking GPS-experienced machine operators for upcoming work on new subdivision developments in Silverdale, covering sites at Milldale and West Hoe Heights. Roles include operating excavators and bulldozers or graders with GPS machine control to manage fill, trenching, and shaping.

- Work closely with site supervisors and earthworks teams
- Proven experience operating GPS excavators, GPS bulldozers, or GPS graders
- GPS machine control experience (Trimble or Topcon ideal)
- Reliable transport to Silverdale
- Safety-conscious and confident working independently or in a team
- WTR endorsement
