The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join the executive leadership team as General Manager – Sales & Marketing. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving national growth, brand leadership, and commercial performance across key divisions.

Holding full P&L accountability, you will lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee strategic initiatives that strengthen customer partnerships, expand market presence, and deliver sustained revenue and margin growth.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a commercially astute, customer-centric executive who can deliver results in a fast-scaling environment. The ideal candidate will bring:
  • Proven senior leadership in sales and marketing within B2B, utilities, infrastructure, or industrial sectors
  • A track record of P&L accountability and profitable growth delivery
  • Expertise in commercial negotiations, tenders, and contract management
  • Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster high-performance culture
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (desirable)
