We are currently seeking General Labourers and Skilled Labourers with Forklift Licences
(or willingness to obtain) to join a busy and well-established steel manufacturing operation in Pinkenba
.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team with steady hours, overtime, and weekend work during peak periods.
What’s on offer:
- Immediate start with Monday to Friday hours
- Casual role with the opportunity to go permanent after 6 months (based on performance)
- Ongoing work with potential for overtime and weekend shifts
- Both day and afternoon shifts available
- Day Shift: 5:00am – 1:00pm (plus overtime & weekends)
- Afternoon Shift: 1:00pm – 9:00pm (plus overtime & weekends)
- Forklift operation (if licensed)
- Manual handling of steel products
- Hand wiring and strapping
- Use of hand and power tools
- General labouring tasks
- Current Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Own PPE: long sleeve hi-vis shirt, long pants, steel cap lace-up boots
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 25kg
- Able to perform repetitive manual tasks
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
