We’re on the lookout for reliable General Labourers and Forklift Operators to join a high-performing team in the manufacturing sector. With consistent hours, excellent site culture, and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role, this is a great chance to lock in long-term work.
What’s on offer:
- Immediate start with Monday to Friday shifts
- Ongoing work with the view to permanent after 6 months (based on performance)
- Full-time hours + overtime and weekend shifts during peak periods
- Day and afternoon shift options
- Competitive pay:
- From $30/hr (General Labourers – Day shift)
- Up to $37/hr (Forklift Operators – Afternoon shift)
- Day Shift: 5:00am – 1:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 1:00pm – 9:00pm
(Overtime and weekend shifts offered during busy periods)
- Manual handling and general labouring tasks
- Operating forklifts (if licensed)
- Using hand and power tools to complete tasks safely and efficiently
- Forklift Licence (LF) preferred but not essential
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive manual work
- Own PPE: long sleeve hi-vis shirt, long pants, lace-up steel caps
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Reliable attitude and willingness to get stuck in
