We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Foreman to lead and coordinate structural projects such as bridges, retaining walls, and timber formwork. You’ll be responsible for supervising teams onsite (including subcontractors), managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead teams onsite
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare build reports and proposals
- Organise and oversee daily civil works
- Maintain strong health and safety standards
What we’re looking for:
- Leadership or foreman experience in construction or a similar trade
- Full Class 1 driver’s licence with WTR (Class 2 preferred)
- Willing to get on the tools when needed
- Solid communication and team coordination skills
- Site Safe Passport (preferred)
- Able to pass all pre-employment checks
- Must have the right to live and work in New Zealand
