We’re looking for a Formwork Foreman
to lead a team on high-quality concrete projects in Queenstown
. This hands-on role involves concrete prep, boxing, and formwork
, ensuring top-tier results while guiding a skilled crew.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a team on-site while remaining hands-on with the work
- Concrete prep, formwork, and boxing for commercial builds
- Reading and interpreting plans, making adjustments as needed
- Working alongside sub-contractors and reporting progress to the Project Manager
- Ensuring strong communication and leadership within the team
- Strong carpentry experience in formwork and concrete work
- Experience leading a team in a hands-on foreman role
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a focus on quality
- Commitment to Health & Safety best practices
- $35 - $40 per hour + work vehicle
- Permanent, full-time role with guaranteed work
