About the Opportunity
Stellar Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Fire Technicians for a permanent position commencing as soon as possible with one of our industry leading clients based in Brisbane.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Installation, servicing, inspecting, testing, fault finding, trouble shooting and repairing of fire detection alarm, warning systems and Associated Control and Indication equipment in commercial projects and fit outs.
- Servicing, inspecting, and testing Exit and Emergency Lighting systems.
- Ability to work within a team environment on commercial sites including schools, fit outs, childcare, multi-res and aged care, healthcare.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Read and interpret plans, specifications and schedules.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Highly competitive rates dependent on experience $50 - $65ph+

- Complete and pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol screening.
- QBCC Licensed.
- Current C class manual driver’s licence.
- Current Queensland Electrical Workers Licence.
- Prior experience in hazardous areas would be advantageous.
- You MUST also be able to obtain a current police clearance.
