What the role is all about
In this dynamic finance leadership role, you’ll be:
• Overseeing financial and management accounting, reporting and analysis
• Leading and supporting the payroll and accounts team
• Reviewing budgets, forecasts and providing insight to the exec team
• Maintaining strong internal controls and compliance processes
• Working with the Australian Finance Team on monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
• Providing commercial advice, reviewing contracts and identifying risks
• Supporting operational leaders with financial insights to drive better decisions
This is a hands-on, influential role, perfect for someone who loves being in the middle of the action.
What we’re looking for
You’ll shine in this role if you:
• Bring 3+ years’ experience in a similar financial leadership role
• Have strong payroll and accounting knowledge (CA or equivalent ideal)
• Enjoy leading people and building a positive, high-performing team
• Are confident juggling deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate clearly and can explain the numbers in plain English
• Have a commercial mindset and enjoy problem-solving
• Embrace technology and continuous improvement
You don’t need industry experience, but you do need passion, pace, and leadership confidence.
