We are looking for someone with a strong finance background and proven experience supporting ERP or finance system implementation projects.

About the role
You will provide administrative and coordination support across the finance system implementation, working closely with the ERP Manager, finance team and project users.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the ERP Manager during a finance system implementation
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops and testing sessions
  • Track actions, milestones and key deliverables
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, procedures and user guides
  • Support finance data preparation, system testing and issue tracking
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets and project summaries
  • Liaise with finance stakeholders and follow up actions
  • Support change activities, training coordination and user onboarding
About you
  • 5–10 years’ experience in a finance, project administration or systems support role
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and reporting environments
  • Previous experience supporting ERP or finance system implementations
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident coordinating stakeholders and managing competing priorities
  • Strong Excel and reporting capability
  • Available to commence immediately or at short notice
