About the role
You will provide administrative and coordination support across the finance system implementation, working closely with the ERP Manager, finance team and project users.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the ERP Manager during a finance system implementation
- Coordinate project meetings, workshops and testing sessions
- Track actions, milestones and key deliverables
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, procedures and user guides
- Support finance data preparation, system testing and issue tracking
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets and project summaries
- Liaise with finance stakeholders and follow up actions
- Support change activities, training coordination and user onboarding
- 5–10 years’ experience in a finance, project administration or systems support role
- Strong understanding of finance processes and reporting environments
- Previous experience supporting ERP or finance system implementations
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident coordinating stakeholders and managing competing priorities
- Strong Excel and reporting capability
- Available to commence immediately or at short notice
- $50–$60 per hour + super
- 3-month temporary assignment
- ASAP start
