Finance Manager – Strategic, Commercial & Project Leadership

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to provide critical financial insights, drive commercial outcomes, and ensure robust financial processes that support performance and strategic growth.

• Delivering strategic financial insights to guide operational decision making
• Assessing financial viability of bids and key decisions, tenders, and key commercial decisions
• Managing accurate and timely financial reporting cycles
• Overseeing the budgeting process to ensure alignment with broader organisational priorities
• Collaborating with Commercial teams to manage financial risks and opportunities
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
• Mentoring finance team to strengthen capability and process effectiveness

• 10+ years in financial / project accounting experience
• CA or CPA qualification required.
• Experience in project accounting within infrastructure, construction, or similar sectors is essential
• Strong technical expertise in compliance, reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Proven ability to lead and elevate team members
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on financial leadership
• Experience with JDX or SAP systems is advantageous
