About the Role

Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager, this permanent Brisbane CBD-based role will see you providing day-to-day finance and administration support to ensure smooth business operations. It’s well suited to someone who enjoys working across a mix of financial processing and general office administration in a professional and supportive environment. Our client is open to working 2-3 days a week. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts payable and receivable processing, including invoice entry and reconciliations
  • Assisting with month-end reporting and financial data preparation
  • Managing expense claims and credit card reconciliations
  • Supporting payroll administration and maintaining accurate records
  • General office administration, including document preparation and filing
  • Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers as required
About You
  • Previous experience in a finance or administration role (resources or energy sector experience desirable but not essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial/accounting systems (e.g., MYOB, Xero, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
