What you’ll do:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of fabricators/welders.
- Liaise with supervisors, project managers, and other departments to support smooth workflow.
- Coordinate daily workflow, allocate tasks, and ensure production targets are met
- Troubleshoot fabrication and welding issues as they arise.
- Perform hands‑on fabrication, including cutting, prepping, fitting and welding of heavy steel components.
What you need:
- Strong background in fabrication and welding
- Confident leading small teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Solid understanding of safety and compliance requirements
- Able to work hands‑on while guiding and supporting others
