Duties
- Installing and maintaining plumbing systems across commercial sites
- Performing stack work with precision and efficiency
- Complete first fix plumbing installations, including pipework, drainage systems, and water supply lines prior to wall linings and finishes.
- Carry out second fix plumbing tasks, such as fitting sanitary ware, tapware, valves, and final fixtures to a high standard.
- Carry out maintenance plumbing tasks including fault diagnosis, repairs, and preventative servicing across commercial and residential sites.
- Communicating directly with clients and customers
- Working independently and as part of a supportive, social team
Skills & experience
- NZ Level 4 Plumbing Certificate or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in residential or commercial plumbing
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Full NZ driver’s license
- Must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
