We are currently working with multiple organisations across Brisbane who are looking for experienced Executive Assistants. Positions are available to commence work immediately with opportunities either contract or permanent roles.
About the Role
You will be responsible for providing high level administration support to the Managing Director, Executive and Senior Leadership Teams. Along with clerical support to clerical, operations, senior management or general administration tasks.
Duties:
- Providing high level of administration support
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and arrange travel
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations
- Screen and prioritise calls, emails and incoming communications on behalf of executives
- Maintain confidential records, documents and files ensuring accurate retrieval when required
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including clients and suppliers
- Support day-to-day operations of the office, including oversight of reception and shared office spaces
- Assist with special projects, research and preparation of executive reports
- Ideally you will have worked in a similar position or had exposure across a similar position
- 2 – 3 years’ experience working on a site
- Strong and proficient administration skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proactive, adaptable and confident working in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
