Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems on a range of mobile mining equipment
- Carry out preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with site safety standards
- Respond to breakdowns and support the safe return of equipment to service
- Work collaboratively with peers and supervisors to achieve operational targets
- $75 per hour + $3 site bonus on every hour worked
- Permanent full-time position offering stability and security
- 7:7 even-time roster providing lifestyle balance
- Camp accommodation and meals included
- Supportive team environment with strong safety focus
Essential Requirements
- Trade qualified Auto Electrician with experience in mining, heavy earthmoving, civil, agricultural, or heavy vehicle
- Interest in transitioning into or advancing within the mining industry
- Strong teamwork skills with a commitment to positive contribution
- Motivation to grow professionally within the company
- Current Queensland driver’s licence
- Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical (or ability to obtain)
