What we're looking for:
- Previous operating experience in Construction or Civil
- Experience operating heavy machinery I.e. Excavators, loaders, rollers, dump trucks etc
- Full Clean Class 1 licence with WTR (Class 2 preferred)
- Strong work ethic with good communication skills
- Competent with Health and Safety procedures
- Willingness to be on the tools and in the trenches when required
- Respect the equipment and take pride in preventive maintenance.
- Have a positive attitude and promote a healthy team environment
- High personal standards and presentation of work
- Drug-free (Pre-employment, reasonable cause, post-incident and random drug testing).
- Drive for growth and passion for Civil Construction
- Guaranteed 30 hours per week for NZ citizens/residents
- $30 - $36 pay rates based on experience
- Long-term project pipeline across major Christchurch works
