The Role
We’re looking for an Experienced Excavator Operator to join a growing drainage division for a trusted and leading Civil Construction Company in Queenstown. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate experience working in 3 waters and earthworks along with the ability to do manual labour when required. If you’ve got strong operating skills and a great work ethic, this role offers long-term stability and career growth.

- Operating excavators across 3 water and civil earthworks projects
- Ensuring precision and high-quality work, including deep trenching, trench shields and manual labour
- Assisting with other heavy plant operations (dump trucks, GPS machinery preferred)
- Proven Civil Construction and operating experience
- Full Clean Class 1 licence with WTR (Class 2 preferred)
- Willingness to be on the tools and in the trenches when required
- Site Safe Passport (Preferable)
- Reliable, hard-working, and committed to delivering top-quality results
- Ability to pass all pre-employment test
- Right to live and work permanently in New Zealand (required)
