Role Overview:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will manage roofing projects from initial quote through to completion, including site measures, product ordering, scheduling, and client liaison. With a strong focus on coordination and communication, you’ll be the key link between clients, installers, and internal teams. This role suits someone with industry experience who enjoys being out and about, spotting opportunities, and driving project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your territory, conduct site measures and plan take-offs
- Prepare and submit clear and professional quotes
- Coordinate with the scheduler, scaffolders and installation onsite
- Manage project timelines and client communication
- Enter and manage jobs in ServiceM8 and Exact Roofing
- Identify new opportunities to drive sales
- Proven estimating experience within construction, trade or scaffold industry
- Strong communication skills, engaging and calm under pressure
- Proficient with quoting systems, Microsoft Excel and ServiceM8
- Growth mindset, collaborative team approach
- Work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to travel outside your region (approx. once per month)
