Get in early for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) opportunities across Brisbane starting early next year. General AP/AR Experience:
- Processing high-volume invoices
- Supplier and customer reconciliations
- Managing purchase orders and matching/approvals
- Banking, allocations, receipting, and debtor follow-up
- Month-end support and reporting
- Assisting with audit requirements
- Vendor and customer query resolution
- Maintaining accurate financial records within ERP systems
- Entry to intermediate experience considered
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in AP or AR preferred for mid-level opportunities
- Senior and Leadership candidates in high demand
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident working with large ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Pronto, Xero, MYOB)
- Able to manage competing deadlines
- Clear communicator with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently
