Your Role as Recruitment Manager:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of consultants across varying levels of experience.
• Drive growth across the Engineering & Construction division with a clear focus on business development and client relationship management.
• Manage and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Foster a collaborative, high-energy culture where success is recognised and celebrated.
• Contribute strategically to the long-term growth and direction of Stellar’s Brisbane office.

• Proven experience in agency recruitment, ideally with exposure to Engineering or Construction sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire recruitment teams.
• A strong background in business development and client relationship management.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and motivated to deliver results.
