We are seeking a fully qualified and experienced electrician to join our client’s team. Our client specialises in residential Electrical and Mechanical work across the Canterbury region and are looking to expand into the solar energy sector.
About the Role:
- Fault finding and fault repair
- Installation and maintenance of electrical systems
- General service work in a residential setting
- Adhering to all safety and compliance standards
- Optional opportunity to get involved in HVAC work and receive upskilling in this area, or transition into mechanical work over time
- $40-$42 per hour
- Company vehicle provided
- Opportunity to become multi-skilled in both the electrical and mechanical industries

- Fully qualified electrician with a current EWRB practicing license
- Full New Zealand driver’s license
- Proven experience in the electrical industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
