Stellar Recruitment are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a well-established national contractor delivering infrastructure, public lighting, and transport projects across SEQ.
This is a long-term, site-based leadership role overseeing crews, maintaining quality and safety standards, and working closely with PMs and engineers to ensure delivery across high-profile builds.

- Oversee quality assurance, site safety, and resource planning
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers & clients to drive progress
- Mentor apprentices and monitor team performance
- Support coordination of traffic signals, lighting and reticulation installs
- Identify issues early and resolve site challenges efficiently
- Current QLD Electrical Workers Licence
- Manual Driver’s Licence
- 5+ years’ experience in electrical infrastructure or construction
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience with traffic signals, ITS, Energex/Ergon networks and public lighting (highly regarded)
- LV switching and underground/overhead reticulation knowledge preferred
- Strong communication and planning skills
