About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a motivated Electrical Foreman or Supervisor from a commercial construction background who’s ready to take on more responsibility. You’ll be the 2IC across multiple sites, supervising small teams and leading day-to-day site delivery. Reporting to a supportive manager, you’ll take charge of forecasting, procurement, and health & safety while helping to drive project outcomes across large commercial builds.

What you’ll be doing
- Supervise 2–3 sites with teams of 3–4 staff
- Manage 2,000+ hour commercial jobs
- Handle forecasting, procurement, and H&S paperwork
- Drive delivery and daily site coordination
- Work alongside manager to achieve project outcomes
Skills & Experience
- EWRB registered with current full practising licence
- Foreman or Supervisor experience in commercial electrical
- Strong leadership skills and confident communicator
- Able to manage multiple sites and responsibilities
- Ambitious, motivated, and eager to step into PM
